Two GP Projects Recognized With Three Asia Pacific Property Awards

GP had two projects receive a total of three honors in the 2021–2022 Asia Pacific Property Awards. The Rosewood Sanya and Sanya Forum, developed by Poly Developments and Holdings and operated by Rosewood Hotel Group, was recognized as Best Hotel Architecture in Hainan Province, as well as Best Hotel Architecture in China overall. The Summit mixed-use complex, developed by Tishman Speyer, was recognized as Best Commercial High Rise Architecture in Jiangsu Province, China.

As part of the International Property Awards program, the Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The awards are in their 28th year and cover more than 45 different residential and commercial categories. The top winners in each region are automatically entered in the overall international awards, culminating in an awards ceremony at the end of the year.
