Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Honor Three GP Projects
05.23.2022
At the 34th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards, held on May 19, three GP projects received top honors:
Commercial Development of the Year
320 South Canal – Union Station
Residential Development of the
Year
One Chicago
Special Achievement of the Year
Lincoln Park Zoo Pepper Family Wildlife Center
The projects represent a diverse range of work in building function and size, including a premier downtown office tower, a luxury residential and mixed-use development (also Chicago’s 8th tallest building), and the renovation, restoration and expansion of a historic 1912 lion house—all completed in the same year. GP congratulates our clients Riverside Investment & Development, Convexity Properties, JDL Development, and Lincoln Park Zoo for the recognition on these projects.
Held at the Hilton Chicago, the awards event brings together hundreds of Chicago’s top architects, brokers, developers, property managers, interior contractors and design professionals. Serving also as the largest annual fundraiser for the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the event raised more than $1.1 million this year.
