Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Convey Wide Honors

At the 29th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards, held on March 16, GP was recognized for its recent achievements:

• Historic Redevelopment of the Year – LondonHouse Chicago
  
• Build to Suit Project of the Year – Zurich North America Headquarters
  

The projects represent a diverse range of work, including a premier downtown office tower, a luxury lifestyle hotel that combines historic adaptive reuse with a new slender addition, and a striking suburban corporate headquarters—all completed in the same year.

The event was held at the Hilton Chicago and, ultimately, serves as a major fundraiser for the Greater Chicago Food Depository, which raised nearly $1,200,000.
