150 North Riverside Named a Finalist for the 2019 ULI Global Awards for Excellence

GP's 150 North Riverside​ has been named a finalist for the 2019 Urban Land Institute Global Awards for Excellence. The ULI awards recognize projects that achieve the highest standard of excellence in design, construction, economics, planning and management while promoting best practices in all types of real estate development. Winners will be announced in September at the ULI Fall Meeting in Washington, DC.

In addition, ULI's Urban Land Magazine profiled 150 North Riverside in their May ULX feature on 10 urban open spaces. Projects selected were all developments completed in the past five years that transformed deteriorated sites.
